Wild Harvest Growers' Dinner

Wild Harvest Growers’ Dinner

BOOK HERE

Join us at Spring on Tuesday 1st April for an intimate evening celebrating foraged ingredients and natural wine. The first Growers’ Dinner of the year, Wild Harvest, will pay homage to nature’s quiet abundance—the delicate shoots, tender greens, and fragrant herbs that emerge as the seasons shift.

Spring’s bar manager, Matteo Di Carlo, and Jenna Kirkpatrick, bar manager at Heckfield Place, will embark on a foraging expedition across the Heckfield Estate, seeking out wild ingredients to craft a cocktail to be enjoyed on the night. On the evening, they will share their insights into how the bar programs at both Spring and Heckfield Place embrace the rhythm of the seasons, weaving foraged elements into their creations.

Our Head Chef, Eleanor Henson, will explore the role of foraged ingredients in early spring cooking—how they brighten dishes when the market garden is in the height of the hunger gap.

To complete the experience, winemaker Sophie Evans will pair each dish with her exquisite natural wines. A fiercely small-scale producer, Sophie’s wines are rarely available, making this an extraordinary opportunity to taste and learn about her approach—one that reflects the same deep respect for nature that underpins the evening.

A celebration of the land, the hands that nurture it, and the fleeting flavours of the season, Wild Harvest invites you to slow down and savour the wild beauty of spring.

Tickets are £140, which includes a four-course menu paired with four glasses of wine.

Our Growers’ Dinners are designed to encourage conversation between our hosts and guests. Both individual and group bookings may be seated at communal tables. If you wish to be seated with a specific party, please email [email protected] to specify and we will do our best to accommodate.
