Head Waiter

We are looking for passionate Head Waiters to join our team. They maintain the spirit of Spring and create memorable experiences for our guests.   Previous experience in a restaurant of a similar size is essential with an ability to run a busy section.

Sommelier

We are looking for passionate Sommeliers to join our team, delivering warm, generous and informative service. Reception

We are looking for a passionate and thoughtful receptionist/host to join our team. Welcoming our guests with a warm and personal service, our reception team multi-task, maximise bookings and have an enthusiastic interest in food and wine. Accommodating and intuitive, they create positive guest relations, maintaining the spirit of Spring.

Experience of Open Table or a similar reservation system

SAGE Line 50 experience

Pastry Chef

Spring Restaurant is looking for a pastry chef to join our dynamic pastry kitchen.

The Person

Position responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

The preparation of desserts, bread and ice cream for the restaurant as well as the execution of desserts during service.

The ability to work efficiently and carefully to maintain the high quality and consistency required in our kitchen

The ability to handle quality ingredients with care and attention.

The ability to adapt to a changing menu and be open to critical feedback

Supporting other chefs and working well within a team.

Having an open schedule which allows you to work evenings and weekends.
