We are now looking for an inquisitive, passionate and aspirational Chef de Partie to join the existing kitchen team at Spring. Our knowledgeable chefs understand the importance of team work and are committed to excellence. Pastry Chef

Spring Restaurant is looking for a pastry chef to join our dynamic pastry kitchen.

The Person

Position responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

The preparation of desserts, bread and ice cream for the restaurant as well as the execution of desserts during service.

The ability to work efficiently and carefully to maintain the high quality and consistency required in our kitchen

The ability to handle quality ingredients with care and attention.

The ability to adapt to a changing menu and be open to critical feedback

Supporting other chefs and working well within a team.

Having an open schedule which allows you to work evenings and weekends.
