    We are looking for a passionate and thoughtful receptionist/host to join our team. Welcoming our guests with a warm and personal service, our reception team, multi-task, maximise bookings and have an enthusiastic interest in food and wine. Accommodating and intuitive, they create positive guest relations, maintaining the spirit of Spring.

    Experience of Open Table or a similar reservation system

      Back of House

      Chef de Partie

      Spring Restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen. You will be working directly under Skye Gyngell and our Sous Chefs. Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

      The preparation of mains or starters for the restaurant as well as the execution of mains or starters during service.

      The ability to work efficiently and carefully to maintain the high quality and consistency required in our kitchen.

      The ability to handle quality ingredients with care and attention.

      The ability to adapt to a changing menu and be open to critical feedback.

      Supporting our other chefs and working well within a team.

      Having an open schedule which allows you to work evenings and weekends
